Statement of Significance
This site has very little in situ deposits other than the brick well. Two large peppercorns are all that remain. Quite old however, possibly mid-19th century.

THE SITE IS IN VERY POOR CONDITION. HOWEVER, NUMEROUS HAND-MADE BRICKS ARE SCATTERED OVER THE SITE, DATING THE SITE TO SOMEWHERE BETWEEN 1860 AND 1880. A CLEAN GLASS BOTTLE NOTED AT THE SITE DATES TO 1930.

KIRWANS BRIDGE ROAD 1 - Heritage Inventory Description
The site is located on the corner of Goulburn Valley Highway and Kirwan's Bridge Road. The site can easily be identified by the two large peppercorn trees. On the highway side, stone fruit trees grow near the brick-lined well. Numerous brick rubble is scattered across the site with no other building remains intact. On the northern side a small drain leading from the peppercorns to Kirwan's Bridge Road is clearly identifiable.
TWO LARGE PEPPERCORN TREES AND AN INTACT BRICK WELL OF HANDMADE BRICKS. ALSO A NUMBER OF STONE FRUIT TREES NEARBY AND REMAINS OF A DRAIN.
