Single phase construction of well feature. May have historical rubbish in base of well. Some wooden planks lining rectangular hole still in placw while others are displaced. Site is in poor condition and lacks high integrity archaeological deposits, features or stratigraphy. The site is assessed as having low archaeological significance.

Disturbed, filled in with earth, wood plank (machine sawn) lined rectangular 'community well' measuring approximately 100cm in length by 40cm in width in Houliston Road south verge, west of Dry Creek.
