Statement of Significance
The former fuel depot, McLennan Street, Marnoo, is historically and architecturally significant at a CONTRIBUTORY level. The simple gable roof form, galvanised corrugated iron roof and weatherboard wall cladding, central vertical timber boarded doors at the front are those elements that contribute to the historical and architectural amenity of the area. The building demonstrates the continuing development of the town in the first half of the twentieth century.

Timber Shed, McLennan Street, MARNOO - Physical Description 1
The former fuel depot, McLennan Street is on a flat site near the railway station. The building is a small rectangular wooden structure with a hipped roof. It is raised high on stumps as it has a loading platform in the front. To one side is a skillion addition with a floor level at ground level. Both sections have corrugated steel roof cladding and weatherboard wall cladding. The hipped section has a central pair of timber doors which open onto a small timber loading dock. The skillion section also has a pair of timber doors to one side of the front elevation.
