Survey of Footscray Township to the south in 1849. This area defined by the construction of the railway and bridge in the 1850s. Rural and sugarbeet sidtillery 1840s - 1864. Potential site of residence dating to c.1877. Possibly sitll standing in 1951. Currently vacany land. Although the house was probably constructed of wook, the apparent lack of later sidturbance suggests there is good potential here.
