Greensborough War Memorial - Veterans Description for Public
The Greensborough War Memorial, on Henry and Ester Streets, comprises of a granite obelisk raised on two red marble pillars and a two-tiered plinth. The monument lists the names of 15 soldiers who fell in the First World War. A wall was later erected behind the monument with plaques commemorating the service of Australians in the Second World War, Korea, Malaya, Borneo, Vietnam and Kuwait.
