House - Physical Description 1
The main section of this house appears to have been constructed earlier than the projecting polychromatic bay. The earlier section is of interest for the refined French windows and the unusual detailing of the verandah posts; both of which are usually associated with buildings of .the 1850's. and 1860'S.
The projecting bay of red brick with cream brick decoration around the window arches, corners, and cornice line is more of the style of the 1890's. This building is enhanced by its corner site.
