This house address is 1 Victoria PLACE...not street. Also I think that lady out front is my grandmother Ivy Urich. The house was demolished to build the high rise Park Towers. it was the last house standing on the whole block ( Ferrars, Bank Cecil and Park sts.) as my grandfather didn't want to leave, my grandmother had died three years earlier. It also could be that the house was demolished in 1966 as I started in my new school at Elsternwick after leaving Dorcas street that year.
