Residence - Physical Description 1
A triple-fronted Edwardian hip-roofed house. The left and rear right side bays are set forward as gables. The verandah returns around the angle between the gables, under the hip.
Chimneys are red brick. The righ-angle is splayed, with a splayed gablet over a rectangular bay window. Upper gables jetty on decorative brackets with mock shingle cladding. Windows are pairs, at left with a ripple-iron skillion-hood on large lattice and decorative brackets. The valance is similar, arched on the splay.
