c. 1920. Late Federation gable-roofed double storey timber bungalow with prominent brick chimneys and projecting roughcast-infilled gable-roofed bay to facade. There is a verandah to the facade and a further bullnose verandah to the east elevation. Largely obscured by trees with some visibility from Furmston Lane behind.
