R.J. HENDERSON BOX FACTORY (FORMER) - Physical Description 1
Edwardian Factory.
Three storey, brick 'box-like' factory-warehouse with symmetrical facade of steel hopper sash windows and simple parapet and a cornice line above and below a name panel. A string course runs across the facade at first floor level. Reinforced concrete lintels are typical. The ground and top floor have no windows on the west side.
Condition:
In good condition. Paint is not original and ground floor entrances have been altered.
Context:
Located in a predominantly residential area.
Comparative Analysis:
