Heritage Inventory Interpretation: Remains of a rural farm house and out buildings. House was timber on brick/stone footings.

MORANDING HOUSE SITE - Heritage Inventory Description
House foundations set in garden with exotic trees (pine, cypress) and fruit trees. There are remains of several out buildings. Also intact cistern and a timber and galvanised iron shed. Down hill to west is a possible dump site. 250 m to west is a scatter of ceramics, glass and brick in ploughed field./n
Heritage Inventory Significance:/nLocal historical significance. Site has archaeological research potential to illustrate early settlement in the district.
