Statement of Significance
The former store in Newall Street, Marnoo, is historically and architecturally significant at a CONTRIBUTORY level. The horizontal timber parapet and pitched roof behind, projecting skillion verandah supported by timber columns and clad in galvanised corrugated iron, horizontal timber weatherboard wall cladding, single storey height, timber framed doorway with four panelled timber door and the timber framed double hung windows, together with the neighbouring mature willow and Canary Island palm trees and single storey timber house, are those elements that contribute to the historical and architectural amenity of the area.
