House - Physical Description 1
This late Victorian style brick villa is situated on the opposite corner of Cameron Street from "Clowance" and is an important element of the area.
The main features of interest are the bay windows with a fluted cornice fanning out to join the roof gable. The gable ends of the roof have decorative stucco and timber barge boards with a decorative finial. The detailing of this house is transitional between Victorian and Edwardian architectural styles and it was probably constructed around 1910.Heritage Study and Grading
