TERRACE HOUSES - Physical Description 1
This terrace of three house is constructed in polychrome brickwork. The terraces are of a form sometimes seen in Ballarat but unusual in Melbourne. Each dwelling has a projecting hipped roof section with three light windows with cream brick trim and voussoirs with red brick keystones. The recess created between these projections contains verandahs supported on cast iron columns with a later pattern cast iron frieze. The terrace is an important corner element in. this environmental area.
