Harrow War Memorial Obelisk - Veterans Description for Public
The Harrow War Memorial Obelisk, located on Blair Street outside the RSL Hall, commemorates the First and Second World Wars, Korea, Vietnam and Malaya. On each side of the obelisk the names of those who served a listed. Nearby white memorial seats were donated by the Harrow Country Women's Association in memory of Private Eric Walker who died of illness in the Second World War, and R.A.F. Squadron 612, F/O John Joseph Minogue, who died near the English Channel, 23rd May 1944.
