SHOWN ON THE 1855 PLAN AS BEING ON LOT 7, SECTION VII OF FOOTSCRAY BEING ON OF FOUR LOTS PURCHASED BY THOMAS DELANEY. SHOWN ON 1864 COX PLAN. NOT SHOWN ON THE 1877 PLAN. THE MMBW 1895 AND 1910 PLAN SHOWS A PAIR OF WOODEN TERRACE FORM HOUSES ON THE SITE.Heritage Inventory Description
