SHOWN ON THE 1855 PLAN AS BEING ON LOT 5 SECTION VII TOWNSHIP OF FOOTSCRAY BEING ONE OF FOUR LOTS PURCHASED BY THOMAS DELANY. SHOWN ON 1864 COX PLAN. NOT ON 1877 PLAN. THE 1895 AND 1910 MMBW PLANS SHOW A WOODEN TERRACE-STYLE HOUSE ON THE SITE.Heritage Inventory Description
