A brick Edwardian house built in 1904. It has local architectural significance as characteristic of this domestic style and historical significance as a representative embodiment oft he way oflife in Edwardian Newtown.

Residence - Physical Description 1
DESCRIPTION
A triple fronted red brick Edwardian house with a slate hip roof this has terracotta cresting, finials and chimney pots. The left side rear and right front bays project as gables with bay windows, a canted hip at left and rectangular skillion at right. This is timbered roughcast, with the upper section jetting on decorative brackets; the veranda extends around the angle on slender Tuscan posts and eaves brackets. At the front angle is the entrance, with side and fan lights. There is a dense Melaleuca hedge over a good 1930s brick fence, with a Cyclone chain link gate. (Obscured).
