Box Hill Memorial Clock Tower - Veterans Description for Public
The Box Hill Memorial Clock Tower, in Wattle Park, was erected in 1948. The tower is dedicated to the memory of Royden Louis Charles Bennett who fought with the 7th Battalion AIF and was killed at Pozieres, France on August 18th 1916. The memorial was donated by Royden's mother Mrs. Zilpah Bennett.
