Memorial Window Description & History
Stained Glass Window at Brunswick East St. Cuthbert's Anglican Church - Memorial Window Description & History
The Anglican Church of St. Cuthbert's was dedicated by Melbourne's Archbishop Head on 12 July 1931 assisted by its first vicar, the Reverend WA Shaw. It had close links with the Brotherhood of St. Laurence for much of its life but appears to have closed about 1975, probably due in part to its close proximity to Christ Church Brunswick. No church existed on the site in 2012, and the whereabouts of the memorial window is unknown.
