Statement of Significance
This Norfolk Island Pine is significant for aesthetic, historic and scientific reasons at Regional level. It is outstanding for its large height at 27.8 metres, one of the larger Norfolk Island Pines growing in the Camperdown area. It makes a significant contribution to the landscape, forming part of the historic Gnotuk garden. It is among the oldest of the trees at Gnotuk.
