Medical Centre - Physical Description 1
Late Victorian/early Federation period house, originally Kinleith, with Interwar alterations.
Original elements include channelled boards to facade, gable roof clad in slate (recently replaced), rendered chimneys, timber framed cast iron to gable ends, timber valance, brackets & panels to eaves, 4 panelled timber door with leadlight highlight & sidelights, verandah with paired timber posts & brackets.
Interwar elements: hipped bay to front, timber windows with leadlight to upper sashes (boxed frame to verandah and side). Verandah roof form has been altered.Heritage Study and Grading
