FORMER BELLE VUE HOTEL SITE - History
Ratebooks note that in 1854, the brick hotel (est. W. Mills) consisted of a bar, parlour, nine rooms, kitchen, scullery (with two rooms over the scullery), and a stone cottage. The hotel has also been known as the Ritz Flats.Heritage Inventory Description

Site comprises vacant, deteriorated hotel (likely to be the original design and fabric) on the corner of Little Malop and Bellerine Streets. To the south of the hotel is an asphalted carpark.
