FORMER DUCKER'S AUCTION HOUSE SITE - History
The former Ducker's auction rooms were built in 1877 to a design by Alexander Davidson and company for WF Ducker, auctioneer. The Taylor 1854 map indicates an earlier structure.Heritage Inventory Description
