The Brachychiton discolour (Queensland Lacebark) is significant for scientific and social reasons at Regional level.
Why is it significant?
This large Brachychiton discolour (Queensland Lacebark) produces a colourful display of flowers each year. It has a fine form and large canopy spread of 15m making it significant at the Regional level for size and form. The species is uncommon in the area and joins only two others on the register to date (T11602, T12103) making the tree significant at the Regional level for its contribution to landscape.
