STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE
The two Terrace Houses at 93-95 Yarra Street, Geelong were erected c1854 and were originally part of a group of five two storey terraces of ashlar Barrabool stone and rubble construction. The design of these colonial Georgian terraces has been attributed to local architect Benjamin Backhouse.
RECOMMENDATIONS: PROTECTIVE MEASURES
Not recommended for listing on the Geelong Regional Commission Register.
