Statement of Significance
The terraced row of five houses at nos. 5-13 Bank Street is important as a comparatively unusual (Criterion B) dwelling form in the locality, adding to the diversity of its late Victorian architectural heritage. The pediments are dominant elements in the streetscape.

TERRACE - Physical Description 1
A late Victorian Boom style row of five single storeyed attached polychrome villas with alternating forms, nos. 5, 9 and 13 having central round arched brick porches with cabled columns to cast iron verandahs and a surmounting broken pediment in the centre of a balustraded parapet. Nos. 7 and 11 have (no.11 removed) a triangular pediment and cast iron verandah with the central porch having been demolished in both instances.
TERRACE - Integrity
Condition: Sound. Integrity: Medium. Nos. 7 and 11 retain their face brick facades in an unpainted state.
