HOUSE - Physical Description 1
A representative inter-war Mediterranean style villa with rough cast cement walls relieved by patterned clinker bricks, cabled columns in the Spanish mode, and having an arcaded porch, shingled gable end and terra cotta tiled roof with parapet.
Condition: Sound. Integrity: High, later tiled facings to porch floor and possible later balustrade, garden sympathetic.
