OHIHO - Physical Description 1
A relatively plain red brick inter-war villa with hipped tiled roof, south facing bay window supported on ornamental wrought iron brackets and a large front balcony with horizontal roof carried on fluted cement pillars giving access to the front doors. There are unusual curved iron angles forming a verandah in front of the balcony and carried under the balcony floor.
The garden rockery is laid out with cement paths, a well, and there are curious metal framed seats with signs in perforated metal bars reading. "This is the place for a sity" and "Use but don't abuse". The footpath is bordered by a low railfng almost certainly salvaqed from an earlier structure and there are cypress pines and cacti suggestive of an early date.
