HOUSE - Physical Description 1
A face-red brick and rough cast stuccoed (unpainted), Queen Anne styled villa, with half-timbered gabled bays which are set against a high Marseilles tile hip roof (with attic). It has a return timber verandah with duplex posts and segment arcading used as a linking device between the gabled bay and a corner window bay. This bay is surmounted above the verandah, by a conical spire. The chimney shafts have unusually heavy banding and a near flat cornice.
The fence appears to be not original, but otherwise the house is near complete.
