Statement of Significance
Architectually, a large, near original and unusually stylised house for its period, which is sited near to other large houses (also preceding the subdivision) and by its aspect to the east expresses clearly the 67 acre pastoral lot it once occupied: high regional importance
Historically, built by a prominent grazier (to be compared with other rural Robertson homes) and this epitomises the choice of Essendon, by pastorialists from North and West for town properties of regional importance.

HOUSE (TRINAFOUR) - Physical Description 1
An unusual two-storey stuccoed brick and hipped roof villa which faces east but, nevertheless, has an imposing parapeted window bay to the north. Although based on the Italian Renaissance period, the use of uncommon cast-iron patterned balustrading, in a bayed cantilevering form, over the two front window bays and between chimney-like piers over the entrance porch, creates a French character. Carved timber brackets, resting on round timber columns, corresponds with the details of Ngarveno, (qv) whilst more sophistication is introduced with rustication and the unusual porch treatment. A sympathetic picket fence is at the boundary.
HOUSE (TRINAFOUR) - Integrity
Additions have occured to the north-west of the house (c1915-20) and the once extensive house yard has been sub divided.
HOUSE (TRINAFOUR) - Physical Description 2
Streetscape
Isolated from the streetscape but perceiviable as a pre-subdivision mansion, like the nearby 65 and 87 Park Street.
