Non-original alterations and additions, other than those specified above, are not significant.
Aesthetically, No. 97 is the most original of this bank of shops by the original Victorian parapet, and contributes to the aesthetic and historic character of Korumburra. This building is now part of the Commercial Street precinct that aesthetically defines Korumburra and reflects the strong commercial heritage of the town. (Criterion E)

FOREMAN'S BUILDINGS - Physical Description 1
Foreman's Buildings comprises three attached single storey Victorian brick shops. The facade of the building has been extensively altered and only No. 97 retains its original decorative parapet. None of the shop fronts or awnings are original. Some interior fabric appears to be original including the pressed metal ceilings.
