Statement of Significance
Non-original alterations or addition, other than those specified above, are not significant.
Aesthetically, St Vincent's Catholic Church is constructed in the typical Victorian Carpenter Gothic style, with little changes or deviations, apart from the square headed windows. In this way, the church significantly contributes to the historic character of Loch as a town. It is location at the far western end of town makes it part of the gateway to the town of Loch from the west. (Criterion E)

ST VINCENT'S CATHOLIC CHURCH - Physical Description 1
St Vincent's Catholic Church at 1 Victoria Road, Loch is a conventional Victorian Carpenter Gothic church with a steeply pitched gable roof to the nave, a small gabled porch with side doors at the south amd a gabled chancel at the north with a transverse gable added to the east. Unusually it has square headed windows, possibly as a result of alterations made in 1912. Otherwise it has no distinguishing external features except a simple gable end frame.
