Statement of Significance
Historically, as the long-term house and surgery of a doctor, it takes on a quasi-public building role as a place known by many 'Bendigonians' early this century.

Red brick with cemented detail, the house has notable elements of Beebe's architecture in its use of the Queen Anne revival style, the parapet being reminiscent of the Fuse Factory (q.v.) and the oculus of the Lansell residence in nearby View Street. Some original pickets remain.
