Why is it significant?
Aesthetically, 'Arborea' is significant as a fine and intact example of a simple weatherboard Interwar bungalow that retains much of its original external detailing. (AHC criterion E1)

Arborea is a simple weatherboard bungalow with a corrugated galvanised steel roof with shingle infill in the gable ends and multi-paned upper sashes in the windows. The verandah features simple square-section paired timber columns and balustrade.
