Stella Maris (Former) - Physical Description 1
The former Stella Maris is a large altered and extended weatherboard Edwardian bungalow with shingled gablets. There are new windows and a verandah.
Three mature Canary Island date palms (Phoenix Canariensis) along the frontage (one apparently on or close to the boundary) provide an appropriate setting, along with some cypress and gum trees. The age of the trees is not known, but their size would suggest that they are contemporary with the date of the building.Stella Maris (Former) - Physical Conditions
