Statement of Significance
A notable and substantial example of terrace house architecture. The house dates from 1890 and the contractors were W. B. Bland. The architects, Oakden, Addison and Kemp designed a number of buildings in this Renaissance Revival style around this period of which this is a notable and intact example. The four bay facade is unusual in terrace house design and is finely detailed.
