Known locally as 'Big Connie', this landmark tree was named by Ian Edgar after a local girl, Connie Haymen who was over 6ft tall. Connie's father, William managed the first Aboriginal cricket team which toured England a decade before the first white Australians took to the field at Lords and 14 years before the creation of The Ashes.
