House - Physical Description 1
The dwelling at 64 McCartin Street is a double fronted Victorian weatherboard cottage. It has a traverse gable roof with an external brick chimney at one end. The roof has been re-clad in concrete tiles, and the verandah has been altered and party enclosed. The windows are not original.
The dwelling is located on the edge of the McCartin Street commercial precinct and at the beginning of a substantially intact group of dwellings on the north side of the street that date from the late Victorian to inter-war periods.House - Physical Conditions
