House - Physical Description 1
The dwelling at 66 McCartin Street is a double fronted Victorian weatherboard cottage. It has a traverse gable roof with an external brick chimney at one end. The roof has been re-clad in concrete tiles.
The dwelling is located on the edge of the McCartin Street commercial precinct and at the beginning of a substantially intact group of dwellings on the north side of the street that date from the late Victorian to inter-war periods.House - Physical Conditions
