Part of Wesleyan Chapel ground, Allotment 8, Block 14. 1855 - building on site, Manse. Current building 1865, three-storeys. 1877 - three-storey building, Australian Alliance Co.Insurance, and two-storey house and yard to rear on Austral Lane. 1888 - same; with one-storey extension into yard.
