Statement of Significance
This place retains many of the attributes of a characteristic place of its age and style. Further historical research and detailed site inspection may indicate that the place be considered for upgrading to local significance. Support for retention of the place should be given where possible. Glenmoor is a small gable roofed, weatherboard clad cottage which may have been constructed by the Gray family in c.1910. It has been a 'house to let' for holiday visitors for most of the twentieth century. The building appears to have been altered by extending the gable across the facade and undergone a number of changes during the twentieth century.
