Statement of Significance
The house in McLennan Street, Marnoo, is historically and architecturally significant at a CONTRIBUTORY level. Although the house may have been relocated to this site and has been altered, the hipped roof form, single storey height, green painted galvanised corrugated iron roof cladding, horizontal timber weatherboard wall cladding, timber framed double hung windows, central panelled timber door, narrow eaves and the front verandah are those elements that contribute to the historical and architectural amenity of the area.
