Remains of stone houses, including fireplaces and benched tent platforms, roads, stone walls, bridges, orchards, alluvial mining features and domestic artefacts.
Heritage Inventory Significance: Given the richness of the archaeological relics and the town's association with the Mount Alexander Gold Rush, Cornish Town would be a worthy candidate for listing on the Heritage Register.
