GARFIELD CO - Heritage Inventory Description
A small conical shaped grey coloured mullock marks this site. It is 10-15m in diameter and approximately 4m high and is sandwiched between the road and the river. The river bank is steep in this location and part of the mullock appears to have collapsed into the river. The shaft etc. appears to have been covered or filled when the road was constructed.
