12.1866: a party of Chinese have obtained a large amount of gold from the head of the gully; the gullies in this locality should be prospected.
06.1867: small co-operative parties still obtain considerable amount of gold.
12.1875: reworking has been paying well.

09.1868: yield of 64 ounces 4 dwt and 16 grs.
06.1870: with the Monte Christo, Wolson’s Hill and other workings yielded 700 ounces.
09.1870: together with the John Bull and other workings, yielded 700 ounces.

GREEN HILL CO - Heritage Inventory Description
While the Green Hill mine site has a mullock heap 30m in diameter and 3 to 4m high. All these sites have been disturbed and retain no features that could be interpreted to explain how they operated. Collectively they mark the direction of the Green Hills Lead.
