North Ringwood State School Remembrance Tree - Veterans Description for Public
The North Ringwood State School Remembrance Tree, on Oban Road, was planted on Armistice Day 1955 in memory of the fallen of both world wars. The tree is a lemon scented gum and was planted in sand brought back from Gallipoli by Ron Pullin in 1936.
