Statement of Significance
This Magnolia is significant for aesthetic, historic and scientific reasons at State level. It is outstanding for its size at 9.8 metres and for its canopy spread of 11-13 metres. This tree is an outstanding example of the species growing in the Camperdown area. This Magnolia occurs in the garden at Gnotuk and so provides a contribution to this historic landscape.
