Statement of Significance
Of local significance as one of the two remaining churches built for the Wonga Park community in the 1920s. It is an example of a number of non-denominational (Union) Protestant churches opened in small rural areas of Victoria in the early decades of this century. It has important associations with the Knees, a district orcharding family, who donated the land. (RNE criteria A4, B2, H1)
