Statement of Significance

A compact two-storied building of 1871 with an attractive arched doorway and window at ground level and formerly a cantilevered balcony, of which the delightful wrought iron brackets remain; regrettably defaced by the removal of the balcony and the modern tiled roof. Modern brick extensions at the rear are excluded from the Classification.
